( the Basic Set PDFs is 54.00), Admitedly the Character PDF is only like 30 or so. GURPS- might work for its flexibility, but the 'buy in' for most people is smidge high. (No One Mention BLue Rose, the d20 system/TRue 20), been there done that- never wanna do it again.
It made me realize I really wanna play a similar universe in game, but I want some Depth.
